Our staff team includes Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Support Workers and a Behaviour Therapist.
Our staff are recruited following the Safer Recruitment Policy and Procedure which includes, Enhanced DBS Checks and References. Our staff who are not qualified on recruitment will be included in our ongoing programme of training to QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care along with other statutory training.
Our staff undertake a robust induction period where they receive training by a senior member of staff in the following areas:
